Orange Armor Tire Sealant
Technical Usage Information
Tire Application Guide
Orange Armor must be allowed to thoroughly coat the inside of the tire and rim before complete tire protection is achieved. It is important to either drive the vehicle or rotate slowly several times after installation.
Note: Do not install in tires containing water, anti-freeze, calcium chloride, or any other liquid ballast or other sealants. Orange Armor may become ineffective.
Use
No mixing or special preparation is needed before use. It is easy to install using our hand injector pump without needing to deflate the tire.
Cleaning
Orange Armor is completely water soluble for easy cleanout of a tire if recapping or patching a large puncture is required.
No Harm to Tires or Wheels
The sealing action of Orange Armor is completely mechanical - there is no chemical reaction that might harm the tire or cause corrosion on the wheel.
Long-lasting
Orange Armor remains effective for the life of the tire and has an indefinite shelf life.
Stays in Place
Orange Armor will not migrate to the bottom of the tire when the vehicle is stopped.
Effective in Heat and Cold
Orange Armor remains fluid and effective in temperatures between -45 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Optimized for Tubeless Tires
Orange Armor is extremely effective in tubeless tires and less effective in tube type tires.
Safe to Use
Orange Armor contains no asbestos fibers, is non-flammable and meets EPA standards for municipal disposal.
*As a safety precaution, eye protection is recommended when injecting into high-pressure industrial tires.
Warranty
Using Orange Armor does not void tire manufacturer warranties.
